Root sessions

TANTRIC Sexology

  • Rooted in the trauma-informed, embodied teachings of the Human Evolutionary Academy, this is a conversation-based path to healing and intimacy. In sessions, we explore your story with attention to what your body, breath, and nervous system are holding - gently, with curiosity and compassion. We use somatic awareness, breathwork, and dialogue to uncover patterns, support healing from past wounding, and deepen your capacity for presence, pleasure, and authentic connection. My goal is to create a safe container where transformation is not just felt but integrated into how you live and relate.

  • When many people hear the word tantra, they think only of sex. Popular culture - from magazines to movies - has reduced tantra to exotic techniques for longer orgasms or unusual positions. This narrow view misses the depth and essence of the tradition.

In reality, tantra is much more than sexuality. It is a holistic path of awareness, embodiment, and connection. The practices include breathwork, meditation, movement, energy cultivation, and yes, sometimes intimacy - but intimacy in tantra means far more than the physical act. It is about presence, self-awareness, and relating authentically to yourself and others.

At its core, tantra teaches us to slow down, feel more deeply, and meet life with openness. Instead of chasing performance or quick results, tantra invites us to expand our capacity for sensation, intimacy, and connection. It is not about fixing what is broken, but about recognizing the wholeness that is already within us - and living from that place with more vitality, love, and freedom.

Sessions will take place in Copenhagen or Grevinge. In danish or English.

Somatic therapy

  • Somatic talk therapy is a gentle, body-aware approach to healing that combines conversation with awareness of what is happening in the body. Each session is tailored to your needs, offering a safe and supportive space to connect with your inner experience and move toward more clarity, balance, and ease.

Body therapy

  • Body therapy is a holistic approach that works with breath, movement, pressure, and relaxation to release tension and restore balance. The body often carries both physical and emotional layers, and through mindful touch and awareness, we can soften blockages, strengthen the nervous system, and reconnect with balance, vitality, and a better overall wellbeing.

FAQ

  • Somatic & Tantric therapy is for individuals who wish to reconnect with their body, release tension, and open to more vitality and presence. I support both men and women: for women, sessions may focus more on somatic therapy, relaxation, and awakening life force energy; for men, my experience runs deepest in tantric practices, intimacy, and sexual energy training.

This work is not for those currently navigating deep sexual trauma, as this requires a different therapeutic framework. Sessions are always safe, gentle, and adapted to your needs – offering a grounded space to explore awareness, embodiment, and deeper connection to yourself.

  • Before the session

Arrive with a clear intention - it can be as simple as wanting more calm, release, or connection. By meeting yourself openly and honestly, we can shape the session so it supports you in the best way.

    After the session

You may feel lighter, calmer, or more connected to your body. Sometimes emotions or sensations continue to move - this is natural and part of the process. To get the most out of the work, give yourself time afterwards to rest, drink water, and notice what changes in the days that follow.

  • Research on Somatic Experiencing shows up to a 67% reduction in trauma-related symptoms, helping the nervous system return to balance and creating more calm in the body (Kuhfuß et al., 2021). Studies on body-centered interventions also find an average 30–40% drop in anxiety and depression, showing that somatic approaches can ease stress and support mental health (Tarsha et al., 2020).

Body therapy supports the release of stored trauma and tension, making it easier to feel safe and present in everyday life (Kuhfuß et al., 2021SomaticTherapyPartners, 2024). It also improves body awareness, helping people tune into the signals and needs of their body (McGreevy et al., 2022).

Touch-based approaches have been linked to 20–30% less pain and muscle tension, offering real relief from physical discomfort and supporting deeper relaxation (McGreevy et al., 2022). Clients also report greater resilience, describing how they feel stronger and better able to handle everyday challenges without becoming overwhelmed (SomaticTherapyPartners, 2024).

Finally, body-based methods make it easier to process and release emotions compared to talk therapy alone (Tarsha et al., 2020), while regular practice strengthens the mind–body connection, leading to more energy, greater well-being, and a stronger sense of wholeness (McGreevy et al., 2022SomaticTherapyPartners, 2024).
