About me

My path began far from therapy and healing. For many years, I worked as an entrepreneur - running a web agency, a recruitment company, and later a construction firm. These years taught me a lot, but they also brought stress, pressure, and moments of deep imbalance.

In the most difficult times, I turned to meditation, breathwork, and body practices. What started as survival soon became a path of transformation. Over the years, I trained as a body therapist at Totum, studied breathwork and myofascial release, studied tantra, and attended numerous silent meditation retreats. For the past nine years, I have also been facilitating inner work retreats, and I am now completing my education as a Tantric Sexology Therapist at the Human Evolutionary Academy.

The inner work is a lifelong journey. But since I started this journey, I’ve seen again and again how much wisdom the body holds - and how much freedom becomes possible when we release and realign.

Root Alignment is my way of sharing this journey. It brings together the teachings and practices I’ve refined through study and experience, distilled into simple and powerful tools that can be integrated into daily life. My wish is to offer them with love, so you can reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner strength.

ROOT ALLIGNMENT

Imagine yourself as a tree. Your body is the roots - grounding you, holding your history, carrying strength but also the weight of old storms. When the roots are tense or tangled, the whole tree feels it: the trunk stiffens, the branches grow heavy, and the leaves lose their vibrancy.

Through somatic therapy and awareness practices, we gently return to the roots. We soften the soil, untangle what has been held, and allow space for breath and nourishment to flow again. As the roots find alignment, the trunk stands tall with ease, the branches reach outward, and new leaves unfurl.

Root Alignment is about this journey - beginning at the foundation of the body, releasing what no longer serves, and allowing your natural vitality to rise upward and inward. From here, you can meet life and relationships with more presence, intimacy, and authenticity.

When we work together, my role is not to tell you who to be. It’s to create a safe, grounded space where you can reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner strength. Every session is tailored to where you are right now — with respect, care, and curiosity.
