Rapé & Cacao Ceremony

This ceremony is an invitation to slow down, connect inward, and open the heart. We begin with cacao - a gentle plant medicine known for its grounding and heart-opening qualities. Cacao supports presence, creativity, and connection with yourself and others.

We then work with rapé, a sacred tobacco snuff traditionally used in the Amazon. Rapé helps to clear the mind, center the body, and bring deep focus and grounding.

Alongside the plant medicines, we weave in somatic practices: nervous system–calming feather-light breathing, gentle shaking, bolster release, free movement and dance, circular breathwork, and even moments of playful silliness. These practices help the body soften, release stored tension, and integrate the medicine on a deeper level.

The ceremony is held with care and respect, offering a safe container where you can let go of what no longer serves and reconnect with your essence.
